Terrible customer service! Called for over 40 minutes to get my prescription and no one bothered to pick up the phone. Forty minutes! Unacceptable and unprofessional. Will never do business with them again, and will encourage others to do the same. The woman who works at the eyeglass section is also incredibly rude.
Great customer service! Fixed my eyeglass nose pads-- quickly and with a smile.
I love Pearle Vision!!! I have 2 pairs of glasses that I can actually see out of!!!
