Terrible customer service. I love my eye doctor here, but I am looking for somewhere else to go, since the receptionists are so rude and not helpful. I was given the wrong prescription, and when I called to resolve the issue, I was rudely hung up on. I would give them 0 stars if I could... I’ve never been treated so rudely as a customer before.
