Five Stars for Pearle Vision, Fairlawn, and their staff! I have dealt with this store, more specifically, Carol, for many years, and have always felt I was receiving personalized care. My glasses are always adjusted for perfect fit, and time is spent offering me the best price available. Add to that I have received many compliments;sometimes from perfect strangers, for the styles pickes with help from Carol and staff! Thank you to all.
My very expensive frames broke. when I went to see about having them fixed, I found out I didnt have insurance on them. the cost to fix them was half of what the original frames would be. The amazing staff there figured out a fix that wouldnt break the bank. So happy I'm getting my glasses back! I am definitely one VERY happy customer! Thanks Pearle Vision!
The staff was very nice and professional. But they do need a bigger eye glass selection.
Pricey but excellent service and eye doctor is very thorough in explaining everything.
I had an eye exam today and was prepared to have my pupils dilated rather than doing the photos as my insurance does not cover them. I brought a driver as I find the dilation particularly tough. When they did my pretesting, the photos were taken and my eyes were not dilated. They waited until I was in the exam room and the doctor told me I could either keep the photos for an additional $39 or have my eyes dilated and they would just delete my photos.
