I’ve been coming here for some years now and they never fail to amaze me with their great friendly customer service. I’ve had a couple rough days with my glasses that have caused unforeseen circumstances (accidentally breaking my glasses) and I came right in and they have helped me right on the spot. Cherry, Taylor, and Laura did an amazing job helping me get my glasses fixed (same day) AND they even gave me some more contacts. Can I give more than 5 stars? I’ve gone here for years but today, they EXCELLED!!! My husbands glasses broke today and we rolled into the building at 5:15. In 30 minutes we walked out w/ his old lenses in new frames and a quote for new glasses that was $300 less than another provider WHO WAS IN MY HUSBAND’S NETWORK!!! I am a forever Pearle Vision North Charleston customer for life!!
