Staff is always courteous. As usual they have a gazillion frames to choose from. Overall I was in and out of there in a zip. Bonus glasses will be ready next week.
Never going here Again. One Reason, the workers are mean. Two, There Protection cost a lot of money.
Upon making appts for both myself and my daughter for yesterday morning...one of my very rare days off, we walk in and are told they only have record of one appt. I then show them the confirmation for both on my phone and they basically dismiss me, no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue and just say there are other people booked after my daughter and the doctor is already running 20mins behind. I went to Pearle Vision in NJ for many years, but once I moved down to Williamsburg, VA I began using various other vendors for my contact lenses and glasses. After a completely frustrating experience at one such company in Williamsburg my husband said to find somewhere in Virginia Beach (where we have another business).
