Dr. Tabatabai was absolutely wonderful during my annual exam and answered all of my questions and also some I didn't even know to ask. I've worn glasses for over 23 years, and this exam was the first time in my life that I've actually felt heard and understood what was going on. He also took the time to compare an old prescription with my new one and explain the differences. Great experience! 10/10
It has been a month and I still haven't received my contacts. I was told that they were shipped on the 3rd of February. I called on the 9th and was told the status was "shipped" but the system doesn't show where it is. Today is the 10th. These are the trial pair. In the meanwhile I cannot order glasses because I do not need them full time and will need the contacts to judge the strength of the glasses. I went in for the exam on January 12. Monday I will be contacting my plan administrator.
I am shocked to see people are satisfied. I had an eye exam and glasses 6 weeks ago waited 7 days to get my glasses got them back the prescription was wrong brought them back in had to reexamine 3 weeks ago they still don't have my glasses no explanation can't tell me why in the meantime Leah is unhelpful and has been rude on several occasions not happy at all
