Stopped by today at 6:05 PM on Monday, December 19th, 2016. The hours on the website and that say they're open from 9 AM to 8 PM but they were closing up shop, and turning out the lights. So now I can't get my glasses fixed, or make any purchases. This is why people go to Walmart. It is bad enough the prices are high, but the service at this location is ridiculous.
Horrible store!!! Got an eye exam there but didn't order anything. Came back months later to order contacts and was misinformed by their employees, never received call backs, very disorganized AND found out they filed a claim with my insurance saying they provided me with contacts. My insurance paid, they collected the money, didn't supply me with anything and then tried to blame it on other vision companies when they got caught!!!! I asked for my Rx to be written down so I can pick it up.....been a week and still waiting on... read more
Worst store ever. I have been waiting for my glasses to be given too me since February 2016. Yes that's correct I've been waiting 5 months. I have contacted customer care multiple times I have multiple tickets opened I've even done 4 separate 3 way calls with the managers and owners at the local store in Robinson Township Pennsylvania. My calls won't be returned and I'm given no solutions. I paid for my glasses in full at the time of my appointment.
