I was very impressed by how patient and kind the Dr. was at Bellevues Pearle Vision, he really helped me understand all the questions I had about contacts and my Vision health. I would 100% recommend Bellevue Pearle Vision to my family & friends! I felt so much better after the appointment.
The first to really get my prescription that I don’t have to complain in over 15 yrs dealing with my complex eye condition
The prescription they gave me was wrong, I am -3.25 and -4.0 but they gave me -4 for both. I am always dizzy for half a year. the place smell like cigarettes and the doctor (Yi Li) keeps adding more fees that wasn’t communicated before.
Appalling customer service! Spend your money somewhere else. I purchased frames at different locatoon but since this location was closer to me, I was told I could come in here to get the frames adjusted. I told the older lady who helped me today (May 3rd) said that the sides of the frame were squeezing my face and giving me a headache. She asked why I bought them if they hurt. It was easy to make my appointment online. The exam was pleasant and I felt like the doctor cared about giving me a good experience. Lots of frame choices in my price range. I recommend Pearle Vision.
