I've been a customer for a couple of years now, my experience has turned from bad to worse. What they want is just your insurance money AND your money. They do not know how insurance works very well, I have to pay out of pocket for my order (which is ok) but when bill insurance the full amount, when they receive a reimbursement from my insurance (those money suppose to be for me because I've paid out of pocket), they cashed it. Both my husband and I really loved the Dr and the staff there. The Dr explains every step of the exam so well and is so kind. Azra is such a nice employee and was very patient and helpful with us.
Dr. Scott Smith is great.
