They do not know how to bill insurance companies, over charge customer and do not know how to call customers back. Trying to get my money they over charged me back for a month now.
Great experience, in and out with no hassle or problem. Exam doc was pleasant and quick, lady helped me pick out frames but wasn't pushy. Had everything done and paid for in under an hour. Thanks guys.
Horrible...Their service has declined over the years. at 2:20 this afternoon, I received an email reminder for our 4:20 appointment. It had already been added into my Google calendar when I set the appointment online...no biggie. We show up at 4:00 for our appointment, only to be told the doctor was gone for the day because our appointment "wasn't confirmed." What?!?! I showed the lady my email, and she had "no idea how that happened." Major inconvenience. Never going back.
The front staff was nice and that’s the only reason I’m giving this a 2 Star. The lady that calls herself an optometrist was horrible. Took 2 1/2 hrs for an exam and contact fitting. Horrible customer service, snarky, rude. Needs to work on her people skills.
I’ve been going to Pearle Vision for several years, I’ve always had a pleasant experience!! The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Elizabeth and Christina.
