A wonderful and helpful staff! Dr. Robinson is so friendly and awesome...she explains everything she does and helps me understand my sometimes crazy eyes!!
Have been with Pearl for years and have had excellent service every time. Staff are all very caring and go out of their way to make sure everything is okay. Keep up the good work!!!!!
I walked into the Pearle Vision center frustrated after not being able to find the frames I wanted anywhere in Omaha. Stephanie greeted me with a smile and I told her of my frustration. She said lets sit down and I can find you what you need, and she did. She was wonderful. Not only did she help me custom design the frames I wanted but she also helped me pick out prescription sun glasses. Very friendly staff here at the 78th and dodge store. Got there early and was out before my scheduled time. I will keep going to this store in future.
I was a Pearle Vision customer for four years, and got three pairs of glasses from this location. Dr. Robinson was always nice. This one star review is for their customer service and general manager. I was told the optometrists can extend prescriptions, but the salespeople at Pearle are instructed to lie about this. They can replace the lenses even if the frames are discontinued, but the salespeople at Pearle are told to lie about this too. Fast, Friendly service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses-one being sunglasses. Didn't like the sunglasses and brought them back and they exchanged them with no questions asked. I had my new ones within a few days. Previously went to another eye care and I was told that I needed to wear the glasses for at least 30 days to "get used to them"- Pearle Vision takes care of their clients eyes!!!!!
