Went to this location last year - my first time at a Pearle Vision. After having the appointment, they said I could get a $150 rebate if purchase their brand of contact lenses. Needed the contacts so went with their brand and new pair of glasses for decent deal with it. They confirmed the rebate would work and the rebate card didn’t say it wouldn’t. When got lenses, staff wrote which lens goes for which eye on the box. Got home and put them in, but was blurry for a while. Figured would leave since they were new and might nee... read more

Terrific, knowledgeable service. Stephanie was especially helpful. Took a great amount of time to find the right frames for me. It was a pleasure to work with a professional who knew her product and offered honest opinions. I will be back!
Both of my sons and I have purchased our frames at Pearle on 78th St. We've always been treated well. I needed some new glasses after I left mine in another city, but needed them ASAP. Stephanie took great care to get them bumped up and they were ready when I needed them. She also helped one of my sons pick out frames, and brought several out from the back room. Those were the ones he ended up with, so I'm glad she took the initiative. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with, and Pearle's price was fair.
Dr Robinson is awesome! She always explains what she's doing as she goes and that puts me at ease. She's very nice and professional. I've had a great experience every time I've been there.
Dr. Robinson is awesome. She always is friendly and extremely competent. I like that she tells me exactly what she is doing and that removes any fear I might have. And, her team has always been helpful and caring!
