I don't understand what has happened to customer service these days. My glasses broke last week, so I went to Pearl Vision where I have always gone before and was fitted for new ones. However, it wasn't until AFTER I completed the whole transaction that I was told that my glasses wouldn't be ready for 1-2 weeks. Basically I'll go without seeing for 1-2 weeks; cuz that's safe!
