I want to provide my rave review for the excellent customer service provided by Marjorie Buchanan. I went through a series of problems with my prescription, and Marjorie went extra miles to assure that I received the assistance I needed to get the proper frames and lenses. Marjorie provided patient, persistent and knowledgeable customer service and was also a joy to get to know - she is indeed a valuable asset to Pearle Vision!
Racist management against Black people. They tried to get a cleaning company fired because the cleaner was black and the worker "felt uncomfortable."
