we had an appointment time of 5:00. they did run a little late due to their prior appointment. it was myself, my 10 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. the receptionist went above and beyond when I couldn't get my kids calmed down. She made my 4 yr old behave!!!! the optometrist worked so patiently with my 4 yr old as he doesn't know his letters and numbers.
