Melody or whatever her name was (Asian woman) tried to skunk me into getting an eye exam fraudulently, I had a current exam on file in this store! The worst customer service and amazing bs, she spent my first 5 minutes talking about some Dr. appt she missed -- wierd and tried to take me. I would never step foot in the store again, I hope she is commissioned as I was going to buy two pair of $800 glasses- stupid and should be fired

All of the staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and feel very welcomed. The doctor was great and explained everything in length. David helped me select a pair of glasses that best suited me and the staff was eager to assist in providing an opinion to narrow down the frame selections. Hands down the best experience I have had during an eye appointment. I would recommend Pearle Vision.

The doctor and the reception people were good they gave me great service. Only if the eyeglass people weren’t so rude. I was looking for a pair of glasses, I wasn’t even awknowleged or offered help . I was waiting for a while. During that time I am hearing a woman blab about personal things to the eyeglass person. I just got fed up and left . I guess they do not deserve my business. Only if zero stars were an option I would give them that.
If I could give this store 10 stars I would. This location has the friendliest employees and best service I have ever witnessed from any retail store. The doctor is a great guy and the manager will stop at nothing to make your experience the greatest. All of these and more! This place has the most beautiful women I have ever seen working at this store. If that doesn't get you to go in, I don't know what will!
