RecommendedI come here every year for a new set of glasses. This year my daughter may need glasses and I was worried about her being able to try on frames for this new experience. Kim helped my daughter find the right frames. She went above and beyond to help us both today. I cannot express how thankful I am.

As soon as I was very pleased with the customer service!!! The staff was amazing and had lots of patience with my mother who could not make up her mind on what glasses she wanted!! I've been getting my glasses here for years so I find/expect good treatment. But when I recently broke my glasses they went above and beyond to get me back in business! Amy really helped me; I'm very grateful.
With this being my son's first experience with glasses I knew it had to be a positive one. Amy at Pearle Vision Steger Towne Crossing was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful and he could not have been in better hands. And the rest of the staff is fabulous. They had his exam done and glasses ready in less than an hour - start to finish!! I would give them 20 ����� if I could. They are amazing! Thank you Amy!!!!
I just wanted to take a min and say how great the service was and how happy I am with my new glasses!! Amy helped me pick out glasses that fit correct and looked great. They were ready extremely fast while I waited. I'm definitely a customer for life!!!!
