Really friendly & courteous staff. Dr. Ritzer was awesome & simple to work with. Julia- was exceptionally awesome & helped me & remained extremely polite & professional throughout the whole ordeal of my very picky self in selection the perfect pair of glasses & we went through a lot of frames. Ashley was SO helpful, patient, and genuine. She did such a good job finding the perfect pair of glasses for me that I really wanted to tip her! Believe me, I am VERY picky and yet she still seemed sincerely interested in taking however long it needed to take in order to find me exactly what I was looking for. I commend her for her patience with me because I am not a quick shopper by ANY means... I don't think the care after they get their $800.0. I have a problem with glasses that was purchased at mg location. Ever since I got them my left eye has blur, there is a laser mark they say should be there. In all the glasses I worn iin 60 years there hadn't been this problem. They say that's the way it is and won't do anything to help. My last time there after 4 pair previously purchased.
My experience was outstanding! The optometrist and staff were very attentive and helpful. I have invested in 6 pairs of glasses from Maple Grove Pearle Vision; 2 pairs of sunglasses, 1 pair computer glasses and 3 pair daily glasses. I love the huge selection of quality and designer frames and refer all my friends and family to Maple Grove Pearle Vision.
I've purchased a number of glasses at this location. All experiences have been positive. I recently moved into progressive lenses and had an issue / concern with my lenses 2 weeks after I purchased them. Staff was very willing to help resolve this issue. Simply put, a GREAT customer service experience.
