RecommendedThey were all great . Sanitation practices were in place. Plus got a balloon when that was great
Very professional clean environment.
They sold me a defective frame. The screw went loose and the frame stalk disengaged from the frame. As a result, the frame fell on a cement floor and scratched the lenses. They are charging me $400 to replace my lenses. And lastly, they knew that I am a repeat customer and still they did not really adjust the cost of replacement lens much. In short very very bad customer service. I will not be back and they will not get my dollars again.
Absolutely fantastic experience and the staff are helpful and so kind! This is the best eye appointment I’ve ever had!

I recommend Pearl Vision Maple Grove very highly!!!! Dr.Ziegler and Erin and team did a wonderful job. I will never go to Pearl Vision Minnetonka ever again!!!! They should see how the Maple Grove store does it!!!!!!
I went to Pearl for an eye exam and to get new glasses. They did an awesome job! They provided a truly professional experience and had their Covid procedures perfected!
