I went to buy my first-ever pair of glasses today, a bit nervous about what to expect. A friend told me Pearle Vision has better quality and selection than my first choice, so I went to the location in Lakewood. Spent an hour with Julian, who patiently walked me through the process and explained everything clearly. He and another employee also gave me his honest opinion on which frames looked best on me! I look forward to my new, classy eyewear and had an excellent customer service experience.
Meagan was amazing when I was there the last time. Very easy and painless process. She contacted the insurance while I shopped for glasses and had everything prepared for when I found the glasses I wanted, and didn't rush me at all. She answered all the questions I had for her with a smile. The glasses came in early and she recognized me when I came back in to pick up.
