It has been nearly 6 weeks since I ordered contacts from your office! They were sent to my old address, despite me informing you of the address change in advance of the order! I keep getting assured that they are being shipped immediately, but they never arrive! I have repeatedly asked for a manager and either there is NEVER one there or the manager cannot be bothered to return my calls! This equates to THEFT. RecommendedI had a very positive experience at Pearle Vision today! Dr Salooja is personable and easy to talk to and Josh was very patient helping me pick out the perfect frames. Highly recommended! It's good to know my eyes are healthy.
Megan is amazing! I will never buy glasses from anyone else again. I walked in and asked for help and asked for something funky that doesn't make my face look bigger than it already is, but something that looks cool and fun. She jumped right in and started pulling frames from around the room and she found about five I loved. Ended up getting a pair and I love them. I went to buy my first-ever pair of glasses today, a bit nervous about what to expect. A friend told me Pearle Vision has better quality and selection than my first choice, so I went to the location in Lakewood. Spent an hour with Julian, who patiently walked me through the process and explained everything clearly. He and another employee also gave me his honest opinion on which frames looked best on me! I look forward to my new, classy eyewear and had an excellent customer service experience.

She contacted the insurance while I shopped for glasses and had everything prepared for when I found the glasses I wanted, and didn't rush me at all. She answered all the questions I had for her with a smile. The glasses came in early and she recognized me when I came back in to pick up. I have been a long time Pearle Vision patient and I get great service every time I go in there. My whole family goes there and we cannot be happier. But last time, Meagan was amazing. She bent over backwards for me to find me the perfect frame. I will never go anywhere else
