love pearl! This place is great! They have tons of deals and the most attractive glasses I have seen in a while. They take virtually any type of insurance I can think of as well. I think their best attribute is that they have the largest selection of kid's frames I have seen in a long time.
THEY LIE AND STEAL The doctor was wonderful. It's the staffs at the Pearle Vision that I must warn everyone about. Do not let them charge you 25.00 deposit, because you are not going to get that back . They'll lie to you that it will go towards your purchase but it is not. STA Y AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!
Sweet home Chicago I have been going to Dr. Ralph off and on for 25 yrs. I have moved to Wisconsin,tried other vision services, and still go back to this office.They are professional and very service oriented. I will be seeing them soon to exam my 2 children.
good choice The two doctors and support staff at this location are very knowledgeable and helful, from evaluating your needs to choosing the right frames. Accepts various insurance plans.
Cataract Surgery Always been happy with my care. Referal for laser cataract surgery with Dr. Clark will always be appreciated.
Disregard OMG Forget OMG...that was over 4 years ago! The staff there are the most caring group of people I know. I have been going there for 9 years and have never been more impressed. The optometrist is very attentive and accurate. The owners go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy.
MOST HORRIBLE TREATMENT EVER HORRIFIC!!!!!! I could not BELIEVE the way they treated my 12 year old son. They had him trying on contacts and putting them on the BASE OF THE DIRTY MIRROR when there was a brand new case in a box right in front of him never offered while he was doing this 1 hour "Class" on how to properly and safely put in and remove contacts. I am a nurse and I was so appalled when I went to check on him and waited for the man helping him to react to wear the contacts were placed but NOPE and when I addressed ... read more
OMG! Nightmare! No! Recurring nightmares! The staff at the St Paul Highland Park Pearle Vision Center range from knowledgeable, patient, kind and courteous (about 3 of the staff) to belligerent, confrontations and âmore interested in helping the cute guy who is about to come out from his eye appointment then giving me the time of day.â (I have never been caught up in such a blatant mating ritual! bad service This place is a joke. They tried to fix my glasses i got there and broke them. Then told me I would have to buy a new pair. I would not suggest to anyone to go here.
