I love this place! The service was great and we really liked the doctor. My whole family went (my wife, myself, 9yr and 14yr old kids) and we all were very happy with our experience. It was our daughter's first pair of glasses and she just loves them!
Run, run far away This was the most horrific experience I've ever had! We bought glasses for my son with the extra warranty for two years. About 13 months later, his frames started to fall apart. We went back in to get them fixed/replaced and was told that they would not do it since he hadn't had a recent eye exam, even though I just needed the frames since my husband had recently became unemployed. I had to call the national number to get them to resolve this and it was lengthy and the doctor was extremely rude and arrogant... read more
