RecommendedI give the Orland Park location 5 Stars. The staff is always Helpful & Friendly including the Doctors. I would not go any place else for my eye care needs. I always deal with Rehman H. and he provides OUTSTANDING Customer Service. He is always friendly and very caring and helpful. There was an issue with my glasses and lenses and he worked so hard to fix the problem for me. He is a very DEDICATED worker and he DESERVES Credit for his WONDERFUL contribution to the company. Terrible!!! Received glasses and broke immediately. Replaced frames and lenses cracked right away. Tried working with company in July 2016 and still haven't been resolved. Lenses were fitted wrong for glasses which caused a stress fracture. Out over $200 and had to go somewhere else and out of pocket even more due to having to get new ones before my eligibility period. Never again coming to this place!!!!!
Awesome customer service by Lupe she was very helpful and a joy to have. Orland park PV, they were quick and got things done quickly and in a timely manner. I will definitely be back next year and would recommend to anyone who wants good customer service and things done quickly.
