Scheduled an appointment online, but apparently I only made a request. I showed up for what I thought was my appointment time and was told some one called me and left a message. I went back through my call log and had no missed calls or voicemails from their office. I will not be using Texas state optical again in the future despite several years as one of their patients.
My first time here, normally went to Vision Works but wanted to try someone different, they were really thorough here!
