Pearland Mangement has managed our rental property for about 8 years. We have had a great experience. Their communication is top notch. They keep us well informed on repairs that are needed. We love these folks. Special thanks to Lisa M, she’s wonderful, thanks everyone for everything.
Never had issues with this property management company. Even through during the winter storm a couple of years ago, they were and are very responsive. Lisa Mendez was very polite and professional during my 2 years of renting through this management company. They're very understanding. Just pay your rent on time and you'll never have issues! They have an easy, user-friendly online portal to pay your rent. I got almost all of my deposit back which is really good. I forgot to write down a defect that was already there before I ... read more
Communication is key and what makes excellent customer service! I recently work with Pearland Property and they were on top of the transaction. Made it easy to submit all documents and made sure my clients request were meet. They communicated very step of the way which is HUGE in my books. If you are looking for a property management company I HIGHLY recommend them!!
