A better staff and office personnel that with that said, they will call you and never do. I was told office manager would lookup up my file and call me back.I was charged billed and have had to pay over $2,000.00 to have my Number#2 fixed / work that was told to me was a root canal to now find out I didn’t get or have a root canal. Now. Am having to pay a endodntist $1,400. & am being told to come back to have the build up & post for a crown. Absolutely LOVE this office. Dr. Patel is amazing! The entire staff from check in to check out is friendly, helpful, & understanding of my wants & needs. The atmosphere is comfortable & everyone from the assistants to front staff makes you feel at ease. Jasmine, Jessica, so many names I can’t remember but they are all good. I’ve had tons of dental work done here & have found them to be better than any of the other offices I’ve tried in the past.
I am not a person that loves visiting doctors/dentists/hospitals at all. I have been going to Pearland Modern Dentistry for maybe two years and I love it! Love the staff and how easy it is to have everything done in just one place, I've had same day crown done which I loved since I work and don't have a lot of time for multiple appointments.
This is the worst experience ever - very unprofessional- I showed up at 11:58 because my daughters wires needed to be clipped - JUSTIN - said to come back at 1 to have it done - Something that takes a couple of minutes caused me to miss a Dr appointment across town because they couldn’t do it at 11:58 - but oh - they are quick to run your card and take your money! What a disappointment-
This practice charged me 100.00 to secure an appointment and has had my X-rays for 2 weeks. They call me this morning, 45 minutes before I’m supposed to be at my appointment and tell me they’ve just now looked at the films and that they cannot perform my root canal. I’ve taken time off of work, made arrangements for someone else to take my child to school, and rearranged my day for this appointment. Had I been the one to back out last minute, they would’ve charged me. Go somewhere else!
I recommend Dr. Rosas, she's awesome.
The wait time at this practice is terrible. They are a large practice that has not figured out efficiency or how to maintain professionalism among the staff. Dr. Roberts was great, and if she had been with a smaller practice or her own private practice, I would not have left. But coming from a practice I had loved in the medical center, I was disappointed by how this office was run, and that they did not take patient feedback seriously.
