This family practice was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had. The care felt rushed and sloppy, the diagnostic workup was poor, and I left with less clarity than when I arrived. I was told one price up front, then later got hit with additional charges that weren’t clearly explained, which felt misleading and unfair. Between the low-quality care and the surprise costs, I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone, save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere that’s transparent and professional.
Clinic was very dirty. There were foreign matter all over the walls and the floors had trash, in the room and the lobby. The doctor seemed to rush my visit, granted I was a walk in. His eyes were nearly closed when speaking to me, maybe lack of energy or care and concern, I couldn’t tell. They also are unorganized when it comes to first come first serve walk ins, they just let whoever in the back in whatever order they feel like. Dr.Haque is amazing!! But the office a a whole gas terrible service. The front desk employees has terrible customer service. I didn’t get my results from an MRI until 3 months later. They never answer the phone and doesn’t give information on how to contact. The service has went down from 10 years ago
Yes you have to wait a while but he gets straight to the point once seen. Ive been comeing hear for 5 years now and he is consistant. There is only 1 of him and he sees alot of patients at the same time,as any doctor does. So yes it might take a while but hes awesome. Staff can be a little non social but i dont hold it agianst them.
I love Dr. Haque and his staff. The front desk and his medical team are always professional, nice and helpful. I have been a patient here for almost 10 yrs and Dr. Haque really takes care of my health.
