By far the best coffee, barista and experience I've had thus far!! I highly recommend this small spot. Most definitely my personal favorite.
I had a latte that activated my taste buds. One complaint : coffee does not last long enough. Ha, ha, ha, ha, L:o)u
So, this was only my 3rd time visiting and I showed up a WHOLE TEN MINUTES before they closed! Yeah, I was THAT guy but I wanted to cheer up the wife :) Well, even after showing up last minute, NO ONE acted like their world was falling apart and the guys behind the counter provided great customer service! I know of a few other coffeehouses that might benefit from the training your employees received :) Thanks for the coffee and chat!
This place is just amazing! I love the elegant simplicity. They offer beautifully handcrafted drinks that are not your usual coffees and teas. My favorite is the Miel. It's an intoxicating blend of espresso, wonderfully perfect steamed milk and local honey. Add a hint of cinnamon and it's perfection! Please give Pearland coffee roasters a try. You will not be disappointed.

Some of the best local coffee I've ever had! The Miel was so gooood!! Perfect sweetness and right amount of JOLT I needed! Great customer service as well. I will be back again :)
