Best Dr. He is not your typical doctor that what's to label and medicate kids not the typical doctor who just wants to do the prescription. He is more like a real doctor. He reminds me of the doctors that want to cure people. Took me years to find someone good.
Been going to Dr. Kim for 4 years and I finally just walked out today because the lady at the front desk argued that I was 40 mins late, when I was technically 5 mins early to an appointment her and her staff made and confirmed the day before. All she could do is argue that I was wrong and that I should have checked the portal, emails and text messages that I never received. We love doctor Kim! My kids will even fake being sick to try to go see him. He's very knowledgeable and patient with my active boys. We've been going for about 7 years now, and he's the best! The office has worked out most of their issues. They've changed some systems around so things run more smoothly.
We have been going to Dr Kim for 20 years! He is an amazing doctor and we love him! HOWEVER, the front desk is horrible! I can never get through, its easier getting through to the White House! They changed their phone systems and its impossible to get anywhere! I have been calling for weeks trying to get my son's checkup appointment and a refill request and have not been able to get through.
