I'm impressed! The dr called to check on Rusty, my dog two days after his appointment. I really like this office and its staff. Everyone was so nice. Thank you!
They took my dog in on urgent care need with a knee or hip problem. Handle her great!
The staff at Pearland have been exceptional in caring for my dogs. Since 2005, I'd brought my beagle and lab to the clinic for their care and boarding. Even until the end just yesterday, when we had to say "farewell" to our lab, the staff was very consoling and the doctor attending to us was excellent in helping us through it. Thanks to everyone at PAH!
The staff and doctors are so kind, sweet, compassionate and caring. I know of some people doctors who could take a lesson from these vets on bedside manners.
I brought my sweet kitty here in desperation when she was suffering and our regular vet's office was closed. While it was a very sad visit, saying goodbye to my sweet girl after 14 years of companionship, the staff was very kind and caring and made the experience as bearable as possible. She is now at peace and I'm grateful to Dr. Schoeffler for treating her (and me) with kindness and understanding in this difficult time.
