Dr Stenger is an excellent dentist. My entire family goes to Dr Stenger for all of our dental needs and we have never had issues. She will not upsell you or recommend treatments that are unnecessary which we have had happen with other dentists. I have two young children, under 6 and they go to Dr Stenger for care and she is always very gentle and makes the experience for the kids very positive. She's patient and caring and provides excellent care.
Dr. Stenger has been my primary dentist, providing dental care for 15 years. Based on personal experience, her knowledge, used of current technology, attention to detail, and genuine patient care is unsurpassed. Dr. Stenger and her staff have my highest recommendation.
This dentist takes my insurance coverage so I continue to go to her. Usually there is a hygienist to clean teeth but this time, Dr. Stenger cleaned my teeth herself and did a reasonably good job. I generally find hygienists do a better job just because they are used to doing it all the time. The few times a dentist has cleaned my teeth themselves, its been less than a great experience. Every time I have an appointment booked 6 months ahead, I get bumped from the schedule and I have to call and reschedule. What’s the point of making an appointment 6 months ahead of time???? I have a very busy schedule…. This time I had an appointment on September 3rd at 8am and they are making me wait until October!!! I asked to speak with a manager, but he was too busy. Too busy? And too busy to call me back because the rude girl on the phone didn’t even say she would give him a message. Absolutely unacceptable.
Dr. Stenger has a good marketing plan for new patients. She is not communicative when one asks her too many questions. I was not pleased with her basic cleaning and "don't dare ask for more." She is too busy and I believe may need to retire. Short on patience! As front desk!
Seems to like to do the cleanings herself, good tech staff does x-rays and polishing. Listens and explains well, offers additional suggested services sometimes that may not be covered by insurance, but not too pushy. Free parking is extremely limited but can park across street at the mall if you don't mind a 5 min walk and want to combine a mall visit with something less fun.??
