Gabriel and the team have been great with helping us find an apartment at the Pearl Woodlake on short notice. They helped us get approved for a unit within 36 hours of us applying and provided us with a great experience touring and throughout the application process. Looking forward to living at the Pearl and will update my review after the first few months staying here.
What a great experience to stay here. The apartments are new and so nicely maintained. Must mention Gabriel is excellent and always very welcoming. He is great at his work and takes care of any issue very promptly, if any. The apartments are imepeccably maintained and also very near to markets.
Update: I had promised myself that I would write a review after living here for 6 months, and honestly, I have no words to fully describe how grateful I am for the experience I’ve had at Pearl Woodlake. I moved here directly from New York with no idea how long it would take to find the right place. I moved into Pearl Woodlake in August 2024, and from day one it felt like home. The community is not only beautiful but also extremely well maintained — the grounds are always spotless, and the common areas (like the gym) are consistently clean and organized. I used the gym frequently, and it was one of the nicest and best-kept apartment gyms I’ve ever had access to. One of the things I appreciated most was how dog-friendly the community is.
