I have been a patient of Kyle McAvoy NP for 3 years and as of my latest visit I am making it my last. The quality of care has changed dramtically. I was encouraged to buy skin care products while having to ask for a blood draw to check hormone and thyroid levels. Pearl Women’s Center is AMAZING! Not only did I walk out an hour and a half later but I couldn’t even tell I just had a cyst removed the size of a grapefruit! Doctor Rosenfield and his staff were wonderful. I honestly felt great when I left. Amazing! – I am a new patient at Pearl Women's Center and my experience there was amazing! I am younger and when I went in I thought I was going in for a cyst but they found something else that was causing sever pain. Dr. Rosenfield scheduled my surgery immediately to remove the painful abscess. Knowledgeable and Professional – I have been a client of Nurse Andrea Stapleton for the last two years. I am a professional middle-aged woman and felt very self-conscious about seeking botox injections. I had no idea what to expect or what I should even ask for. Fortunately, Nurse Stapleton sensed my anxiety and immediately put me at ease by explaining the procedure and carefully examining my face. Worst experience EVER – I have never had such a terrible experience. Andrea, the nurse who performed my botox was rude, uncaring and simply put had no idea what she was doing. Do yourself a favor, STAY away from this clinic.

Finally Pain Free! – Dr. Rosenfield was wonderful! He spent over an hour with me talking about all the different options I had, at my first consultation. He was able to do an ultrasound right there in the room. His staff was professional and very helpful. I never felt rushed. Don't believe the hype - Part 2 – I agree with the comments on my fellow commenter below regarding her experience. I really enjoyed the staff, mostly female as far as I could tell. My interview with the doctor was thorough and I appreciated that. However, I had misgivings regarding some parts of the treatment and I was definitely told it was his way or no way.
