I visited this salon yesterday for an eyebrow wax and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The waxing process was too aggressive and left burns under my eyebrows — the skin is red, sore, and irritated. This is not what I expect from a professional service. I understand mistakes can happen, but there was no warning about the wax temperature or follow-up care suggestions after the appointment.
