Wonderful from start to finish. I’ve seen Kara multiple times and she is so great. This last time I saw Virginia and she is great too. The receptionist is nice. The office is spacious and clean. It’s easy to park. I love this place.

After being dropped by OMG when my doctor quit, I was anxious to look for another doctor. I thought I had finally found one in Dr. Polzin. I was wrong. On just my second visit, I had a 1pm. Appointment, days before Christmas. I was running behind, but I thought I could make it in time. By the time I sat in the reception room chair, it was 1:08. New patient appointment was unacceptable. I felt disrespected, judged, insulted. Ms Slaughter entered the room and immediately confronted me with her decision to never refill my anxiety meds. Launched into why and told me I’d need a psychologist to prescribe—I tried to explain my situation and diagnosis but she wasn’t interested in any of it. I felt like a drug seeker.
