We had a happy hour party there for my birthday. They were very adamant about me needing to order any platters for the party at least a few days in advance....so, I did. Come party day, the bar never had our platter orders, and my guests had already begun ordering their own food because what I ordered wasnt there. So on my own birthday, I get stuck with a $100 bill for two platters that we're almost 2 hours late and basically went to waste. Tomatoes were rotten on the veggie tray as well. Meh. Awesome staff (very busy night before concert at Key Bank Center), attentive, courteous and fantastic all around!! Food was amazing, huge portion sizes and phenomenal taste! Definitely coming again!!!!!
A bustling, busy place before an event at the Key Bank Arena! We got a drink at the bar and munched popcorn to help pass the 40 min wait for a table. We got beef on we and elk burger. Both were delicious! The potatoes wedges were GREAT!!
Great beer, food and service. Go visit Jeff at the downstairs bar and eat a philly cheese steak sandwich. Dang.

Pearl Street came through for us in a big, big way. After an epic fail on the part of a different venue where my bridal shower was supposed to happen yesterday, we made a few calls and relocated our whole party to Pearl Street in a matter of minutes. The staff was amazing, particularly Mike Cercone. I have done many weddings here and I have to say Charles and his entire team do an amazing job. For having multiple events going on, service is still spot on. Dinner food is spectacular, seriously. I would recommend them highly to anyone!
