I agree with everyone first off the front staff always great you with a smile, make you feel welcome in a sense of we got you. I see Dr Enow and I’m sure if the other Drs are a reflection of him all what we as individuals are going through is going to be ok and they are there for you 100 percent and some. Thank you Pearl Specialty clinic as a whole I feel well taken care of.
Called 7 times and after the 8th time some lady picked up and put me on hold for 30mins just to tell me to call my family doctor back cause she wasn’t trined properly by her employer.
I did not feel listened to during my appointment with the psychiatrist Dr. Humphrey Enow and feel it was a complete waste of my time. When I raised concerns about possible autism and ADHD, I was told, “you don’t have autism—you’re making eye contact,” which felt dismissive and overly simplistic. My concerns were not explored further. I left the appointment feeling unheard and later chose to pursue a private assessment, which confirmed my concerns.
