Dr. Goitom, train your staff. I should not be receiving a phone call 24hrs before my scheduled appointment to say you no longer except BlueCross BlueSheild Federal Employees Plan. Some patients still have a jobs and use leave to take off for appointments. I received a text to confirm my appointment but "never" received a text, email or letter in the mail to inform me that you no longer except my insurance. Went in for a cleaning. The office was nice with a lot of natural light. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend to others.
