I had an appointment scheduled 6 months out for December 2023, it was reached twice in December then pushed out until early 2024 then less than an hour before appointment time cancelled, I had an appointment I set up June 2023 for a wellness check, that was just cancelled again they wanted to reschedule. I will be finding a doctor I can actually see instead of having to constantly rearrange my schedule
Office called and rescheduled appointment from September to October. Then called to see doctor and they rescheduled for November. She was always out of town. My husband I had moved to assisted living and he needed to see her and the nurse staff could not reach her. Left messages and no one called. Was told that another nurse in the building took messages but they did not call either. I I could no longer use a doctor that was always not available and put an appointment made i September off until November.
I have been with Dr. Samuel now for over a year. I am a 62-yr-old male with multiple co-morbidities. I also have over two decades experience within the medical community in 3 different states at both the facility & corporate levels, so I have seen & worked with hundreds of doctors over the years. I was dissatisfied with my care with Dr. Samuel. I initially tried to establish PCP with her due to all the nice reviews I'd seen. I was concerned about a possible tumor (confirmed lipoma now) and the possible consequences of it. I was scared and even cried because my mother and I share a lot of health issues (she had recently been diagnosed with cancer) and because I'd had very uncaring doctors in the past. Dr Samuel has been treating my wife for over 2 years. She is simply fantastic. I worked with Drs for nearly 30 years in the pharmaceutical world and she is awesome. She follows up, gets to know her patients, and understands any issue she is confronted with. Very smart Dr as seen by her Chief Resident status during her training. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a PCP.
Excellent doctor. Doesn't rush but doesn't waste time either. Listen focused, is thorough and accurate. Refers out when necessary. very pleased so far.

Dr Samuel is very compassionate and caring as well as very qualified as my PCP. She listens and takes adequate amount of time with you. She has never made me feel rushed or like she needed to hurry along to the next patient. She is very thorough and has great follow up. Highly recommend.
