Buyer beware. Pearl Remodeling does NOT stand by their work. Pearl did an extensive kitchen remodel and deck addition to our house 9 years ago. Gorgeous work, 5 stars, had no major issues. When we went to sell our home recently, we noticed deck water intrusion that needed to be fixed. We had a repair team open up the stucco and they saw the main beam was eaten away by water damage over the years. They suggested we call Pearl. Ben and his crew did an incredible job for our little bathroom remodeling project. Since we have a pretty tight budget, Ben helped and guided us through the design and budget control. We absolutely love the result and appreciate his outstanding service and professionalism. Pearl Remodeling will be the No.1 contractor on our list for any future projects.
I'm actually giving this company 2.5 stars, but because google only accepts full stars I'm bumping it down to 2. Pearl Remodeling did a room extension for us starting back in April. They added 130sqft to an 80sqft room to make the room more useful and practical for us. They finished back in August and at a quick glance, and from a little ways back everything looks nice. We made an appointment for a consultation for kitchen remodeling from Pearl Remodeling. Avi talked with us about our general ideas and prices and then we made an appointment to have a plan made with a full color design of the kitchen. Avi and the designer took our input, made suggestions and the designer transformed our ideas in to a computerized drawing of what the kitchen would look like.
