Pearl remodeling designed and created a new ADU for us, from start to finish they were transparent and honest. Naturally it wasn't always a smooth ride but they were always there to explain and help us make the right decisions. We had a great experience working with this company on our home renovation. The best part was the people--everyone who came to our home was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Our project manager, Avi Shushan, was always communicative, approachable, and willing to listen to our concerns throughout the project. I set up an appointment with somebody who answered the phone to make an appointment and get a quote about getting an ADU built behind my home. Later, "Jacob" called me back later and expressed condescending concern that I had ONLY a $150K budget. I told him that's where the budget starts, not ends and asked him what the true cost was. He responded back that it's between $300 and $450 a square foot. Amazing service and results. They remodeled my kitchen, thanks to their designer they actually expanded our kitchen and it looks so much bigger and beautiful. Wasn't cheap, but you definitely get what you paid for. Highly recommend! Thanks pearl remodeling.
