I live in a large, rather beautiful condo in Northwest, and I contacted Kevin at Pearl properties to explore renting my unit. Set a date for him to come and look at my unit.Not only did he not show up, when I called and left a message asking about it, he didn’t even return my call. Would definitely recommend. Kevin was great to work with. Had 0 issues during the time I rented from them. I’m relocating cities and should I return to Portland in the future, I would not hesitate renting from this company again.
I really loved renting from Kevin! I rented 3 units from him over the course of 6 years. He has always been very communicative and super kind. Very grateful for the time I had with this company.
Scheduled an appointment to view a property. The property manager informed me he is "not a morning person" and morning viewings are off the table. Scheduled an appointment to view in the afternoon, and the property manager called shortly before our scheduled time to inform me he "forgot to check his calendar" and cancelled the viewing. It was a nice afternoon in a Friday, I suspect he just didn't want to spend his afternoon working.
