I have been trying to rent a condo managed by Pearl Property Management and reached out multiple times with no response. He has found good tenants for me, does all the leasing & moving process with the tenant & works with me on any maintenance issues that come up during the leasing period. I live in a large, rather beautiful condo in Northwest, and I contacted Kevin at Pearl properties to explore renting my unit. Would definitely recommend. Kevin was great to work with. Had 0 issues during the time I rented from them. I’m relocating cities and should I return to Portland in the future, I would not hesitate renting from this company again.
