I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but I feel like I have to because this company has honestly made such a huge difference in my living situation and lifestyle. I’ve never felt more welcomed anywhere, specially with my dog. Their tenant experience manager is amazing and will randomly leave little gifts for my dog at my door or front desk, no special occasion. I lived in the Terrace on 18th street for 2 years. Pearl is the best property manager I’ve ever had. Everyone, including the front desk staff, maintenance, and admin, were incredibly friendly and professional. Pearl also frequently organized fun community events like free food from food trucks for residents, weekly yoga, movie nights, and a grad student social.
