Kyle Morris, our Project Manager was responsive and prompt. We made several upgrades throughout our renovation and he was very willing to help us through the process. The dates we were given at the start of the project in Fall 2024 until the completion in April 2025, were exactly as proposed in our contract. The pool turned out better than we anticipated.
Kyle and his team at Pearl Pools were great to work with. Very professional, the work was perfect and they answered all my questions and concerns. I recommend them highly and would use them again.
They did what they said they would do. There were two trips with different crews. They were timely, neat and friendly. Very pleased with the outcome.
