Very disappointed in what I was left with. First of all, I was charged for a 28000gal pool renovation. My pool only holds 18000 gallons. The concrete coping around my pool was all cut with a concrete handheld saw. Leaving jagged edges on all cuts. The mortar between the joints all cracked within days. Now they are even worse. The Luna Quartz pacific plaster is severely discolored. After they attempted to fix that issue it still remains the same. I was told it would improve with age. It hasn’t. My experience with Pearl Pool was outstanding from the time that I was given an estimate by Mr. Tom Stewart. The 2 guys that completed the work showed up early and were very professional and completed the job in that manner. Mr. Pedro Edward's did a great job repairing the tile on my spa wall. I was really happy and satisfied with the work and professionalism.

Pearl Pool Plastering team just completed the plaster work on my pool, and I am incredibly impressed with the results. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The crew was exceptionally thoughtful [even proactively laying down plastic in the driveway to protect the surface] and cleaned the entire area, including the decking, fencing, and windows, before leaving. excellent customer service. They can't do enough for their customers. My wife and I have mobility issues and they went out of their way to accommodate us. I highly recommend this store to everyone! It was my first visit and has now become our go to store! Thanks for such good service!
