When your kid asks when their next dental appointment is, you know the dentist is doing something right! We love Dr. M&M! The entire office is absolutely gorgeous, clean and the friendly staff cannot be beat! We are so blessed to have found such a knowledgeable dentist who has such delightful bedside manner with children. Every experience we’ve had at this office has been top notch and met with patience, respect and compassion. I highly recommend Pearl Pediatric!

10 year old gave them 5 stars again! Staff is so nice and the practice is so clean! Wonderful experience and definitely worth the drive from Merritt Island! Conservative treatment plans, didn't feel pressured at all. Jose at the front desk makes a point to connect with my son about fortnite so my son even remembers his name! Absolutely 5 star recommendation!!!!! Every single staff member we have interacted with has been fantastic you can tell they are treated well and love their jobs!
This place is GREAt, my four year old loves it , he feels very comfortable and it’s a safe and fun environment for kids. Thanks Joey for helping him feel comfortable while taking the X-rays. 100% recommended.
