If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would give it. I ordered a custom ring with 2 certified Hanadama pearls from japan, and the way the staff responded to my inquiries was amazing. They were on top of my questions and concerns, which made me choose them to make my ring. I have found both Hisano and Jordyn to be extremely helpful. It is obvious they have a team love for pearls. The pearls are just beautiful and arrive quickly and beautifully packaged.
Bought a beautifully crafted freshwater pearl necklace a couple of years ago. Had to wait a bit longer than expected due to customs (delivery to Europe). But otherwise, excellent quality pearls, definitely would buy again from Pearl Paradise!
