I have found both Hisano and Jordyn to be extremely helpful. It is obvious they have a team love for pearls. The pearls are just beautiful and arrive quickly and beautifully packaged.
Bought a beautifully crafted freshwater pearl necklace a couple of years ago. Had to wait a bit longer than expected due to customs (delivery to Europe). But otherwise, excellent quality pearls, definitely would buy again from Pearl Paradise!
