Doctor Ko is a horrible optometrist she did an exam that was so far off that I had to go to another optometrist to get a new prescription to get it right, the Asian Dr.should not be working in this field if she is going to botch up people eye prescriptions, thank goodness it wasn't laser eye care I would be blind. People beware of these kind of doctors.
At the Lakewood Costco Optometry dept, I was put on hold by Crystal for 10 minutes, hung up on, put on on hold for an additional 30 minutes, and hung up on again! Getting hung up on aside, I was put on hold for a total of 40 minutes just to change my appt date. That is completely unacceptable.
