I think it really depends on who you get, unfortunately the lady I got today was very disinterested in doing a good job. Which is unfortunate as I do not get my nails done often, maybe twice a year as a treat. I just had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a full set of French / white tip acrylic nails. To me this is a basic, simple service that they do all of the time. Three staff members then insisted I show them on my phone what I wanted. They then quoted me $80, in which I refused, knowing they were overcharging as I had been to this place many times before. The acrylic was a little lumpy towards then tip of the nail, and not smooth, although the french tithe acrylic application repaired.
My client in a wheelchair was discriminated against and told by a staff member that is was ‘too hard’ to do her nails. I explained that my client always has her nails done and the staff member still said it was too hard.
What is the point of making at appointment for 9:00am if there is no one there and not opened. I booked yesterday for an infill at 9am and the lady I spoke to did not even ask my name or take down my number. Highly rude to run a business when you can’t even acknowledge your clients and have respect. Don’t have appointments available for 9am if no one will even be there. Don’t worry just went around the corner anyway.
