Just had a pedi and dip mani with Sonny and as always they came out amazing he does a fantastic job
The nail tech that did my pedicure was finished in less than 20 minutes. And the way she cut my nails caused an ingrown toenail. When I went back to the manager and ask for a refund she stated they do not give refunds that she would fix it herself. I didn't want anybody in the store touching my feet after that experience.
I've given this place 3 tries and today will be my last. Watched 3 ppl get seated before me with no acknowledgement that I was there. Stood up to leave and they magically had a spot available� Get better customer service skills and you might keep a customer. Never again
I come here all the time....and this was the last! I was charged 30 dollars for a shellac color change no manicure or anything and on day 2 the shellac is chipping off. The quality if this place has gone down hill.....

Full Set only took an hour and they're perfect. Didn't hurt me at all either with files. This will be my new place from now on. I went to La Belle for last 3 years and they have slipped. Love Pearl Nails. And they're super nice!
My first visit to Pearl today! I called for a short notice pedicure! 9 pedi chairs full and nearly all the mani chairs as well when I arrived! Very busy for a Tuesday at noon and I felt very welcome and a calmness in the salon! Though they were very busy they made sure I was attended to and finished in a timely manor! Everyone was so pleasant and I loved my experience! Great options too!
