I have been a customer here every 3 to 5 weeks for a long time well probably two years or so!! and recently the services have gone extremely down hill. I understand you have bad days and things are not always perfect! So I decided to mention that this last time my pedicure didn’t even last a full 7 days and my nails had places around the cuticle area that would catch my hair and it had only been 2 weeks! they are horrible paid 60 for my nails and eyebrows nails r horrible supposed to be long ombre ifk what they did crooked ugly short n gapped my eyebrows never again then told me they can't fix nails supposed to be coffin shape they all crooked u can see half my nail
My toes literally look like my 8 yr old grandson painted them - he might could have even done better. When I asked for hotter pedi water - she just looked at me and said, “the bowl is full”, shrugged and walked away. Rude. I was expecting longer wait lines due to COVID-19 but to wait that long AND be treated badly AND have ugly toes AND have to pay top dollar for it? Nope. Never again. 👎. You can’t really see details in the pic - but this was RIGHT AFTER my visit. I still have crusty toe cuticles and spent $45!
