Very disappointed... not 1, not 2 but 3 local offices could not take my payment. Each time I was told they will transfer me to a local licensed agent, but every time was transferred out of state where they were unable to process my payment 🤬 90 minutes.... 5 rep's and high blood pressure... Apparently this is the company that handles equity insurance of Oklahoma’s Florida claims. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF SUFFERING THROUGH and the claims department experience has been even worse. Took over three weeks and hours of my time to even finally speak to the adjuster for the first time. Took another week to get an estimate and that only covered 2:3 of the damaged areas on my vehicle.
